Biography
Secured a place at West End Masterclass directed by double Olivier Awards nominee Michael Xavier, whom described Anastasia’s unique tone and flair as “Such a beautiful voice” and trained by West End Musical Theatre stars at The Musical Theatre Academy’s venue.
Healthcare Industry including Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, where Anastasia provided copies of her album to encourage peace and healing; numerous residential homes in the UK for elderly with dementia, aiding memory and wellbeing, including regular performances at The Kensington Care Home; schools for children with disabilities; all of which she deems the most rewarding performances to date.
Performed in landmark venues in Central London including Sheraton Grand London Hotel; Actors’ Church; St Giles’ Cathedral; HTB Queen's Gate Church; the Renaissance Hotel; Brent Town Hall; Highgate Theatre.
Throughout Anastasia's singing career, she has recorded original songs and covers with established songwriters and producers; directed promotional music videos and takes pleasure in songwriting to date. She orchestrated and publicised solo concerts, where she performed pieces by various classical composers.
Anastasia has had the privilege of performing in numerous countries. To date she has been fulfilling performance requests through her London-based agents, for private events and public concerts in London and internationally.
Biography
Anastasia began singing at the age of 10; entered various competitions & music festivals; first place trophy winner from the age of 13.
At the start of Anastasia’s singing journey, she passed singing exams at the ABRSM and performance exams at LAMDA. She continued her education at Brunel University graduating with a BA (Joint Honours) in Music and Drama.
A finalist in several competitions broadcast on television & radio, including LGR Music Awards; Greek Idol; The London Talent Contest to which she gained a permanent performing spot surrounding Wembley Stadium.
Approached and shortlisted to represent Cyprus in the Eurovision International Contest, reaching the finals performing to a celebrity judging panel, broadcast on CYBC (RIK) TV, Cyprus. Anastasia was also invited to perform at a public event in honour of the President of Cyprus.
Anastasia has given her services to charities of various cultures, including the Leukaemia society; Charity Ball ‘Angels of Brazil Project’; Charity Appeal Birthday Ball for the Mayor of Brent; Hillingdon Refugee Support Group; Musical Soiree - JVS.
